Lee has been working out at Syke for about half a year and he started in Mats' small group training.
Wellbeing means for Lee mostly feeling positive, good about himself and good both mentally and physically.
What keeps you coming back to Syke again and again?
"- I have enjoyed it a lot. Enjoyed the small group training and not missed even one day. That keeps me coming back and motivated."
Is there anything else that keeps you motivated?
"- It has helped me so much with my work. It has helped me physically and I've found new ways to use my muscles and work more efficiently. The work has just turned easier for me. I have a hard job and I just feel so much better now. Looking at people and see them push keeps me motivated as well."
What do you do then?
"- I work as a Farrier (hevosenkengittäjä)." Well, that's a really physically heavy job.
Finally, when we asked Lee what's his advise to someone who's thinking about starting to work out, he said:
"stop thinking about it and just start"
